Five healthy food for better life: Eating is easy but dieting is hard, isn't it? Nutritious foods with protein, antioxidants, and omega-3s that can be added to your diet for a clearer health and helps you to live long. Stop eating junk foods, this might have weakened you and take your lack of symptoms, illness, and disease. Have proper food for better life. Below I mentioned some healthy foods that you should eat every day.
1. Green tea: Most of the studies showing that green tea helps us to lose weight and it is also good for our health. In the leaves of green tea contains catechins, a group of antioxidants.
2. Spinach: Spinach is not a nutritional wallflower, it is green and leafy. This helps us to reduce the risk of heart disease, osteoporosis, and stroke. Spinach is one of the best healthier salad. It increases blood flow, protects age-related sexual issues. Eat 1 or 2 cups of cooked fresh spinach per day. You can also ake salads with spinach, drape it over pizza or scrambled eggs.
3. Tomatoes: Tomatoes are packed with antioxidant lycopene and one thing you may know 'Red is best for our body. Some studies found that eating rich lycopene can decrease the risk of bladder, lung, skin, stomach cancers, prostate etc. Consume 20-22mg of lycopene daily to cure those above diseases. 22mg of lycopene is about eight tomatoes, a glass of tomato juice can be made with eight red tomatoes.
4. Almonds: If you want to say healthy then you must take almonds daily. Add almonds to your daily diet list. It is responsible for better memory and healthy heart as it contains oleic acid. Almonds have high protein and fiber because these are so crunchy. The best way to eat almonds is to soak them the night before eating. It absorbs the nutrients better. Eat about 1oz of almonds daily.
5. Eggs: It is classified as superfood among a few healthier foods. It contains more nutrients, it contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, Selenium, Phosphorus and about 5% of Folate, and a decent amount of calcium and zinc. Eggs are high in cholesterol but this does not affect blood cholesterol. A single egg contains 212mg of cholesterol. Eggs do not increase cholesterol in 70% of people, an egg a day won't raise your cholesterol. It also contains Antioxidants, Zeaxanthin, which is good for eye health.
6. Apples: Apples ranked second in the United States for highest antioxidant activity. Apples are some of the most delicious fruits in the world and also it prevents Alzheimer, heart, stomach, liver disorders etc. It includes Vitamin C, Vitamin K, riboflavin and Vitamin B6, even though it contains a few amounts of fiber and pectin. Fiber and pectin have a powerful impact on our health. Try to eat apples daily, and do not peel, buy organic, eat organic. Finally, apples help to prevent dental and skin problems.
